Our Story and Our Community
Moon Rising Farm was founded in 2002 by Rebecca Roach and Victoria (Vicki) Carson. The farm is the collective vision of Rebecca, Vicki, and Frank Roach, an accomplished commercial and residential developer who used proven technologies from the dairy and chicken industries to create Moon Rising Farm’s unique labor-saving barn management equipment. Rebecca and Vicki founded Moon Rising Farm with the goal of creating a friendly, supportive, safe place where people can board their horses at a reasonable price and enjoy top-quality facilities, services, and training…a place that enjoys competition without being competitive…a place that helps horses and riders realize their full potential.
